It\u2019s so easy to make a good homemade nut butter without unnecessary ingredients such as vegetable oil, excess salt, added sugar, preservatives and poor quality nuts. <\/p>\n<p>Rancid nuts may be used with loads of extras added to cover up the rancidity of the nuts. So to make it easy just make your own. It can also be much cheaper.<\/p>\n<p>Some nut butters can also have other food additives that are now added including dairy by-products. This is the ingredient list of a new range of nut butters \u2013 VEGETABLE OIL, MALTODEXTRIN (FROM CORN), CASHEWS (25%), MILK SOLIDS, SUGAR, EMULSIFIERS (471, 322), SALT, OTHER TREE NUTS.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>You don\u2019t need any of those to enjoy a delicious nut butter!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<div class=\"bdaia-lists s-circles t-check\"><ul><li><span class=\"bdaia-sio bdaia-sio-check-square-o2\" style=\"background:#a0ce4e !important;color:#ffffff !important;\"><\/span><span class=\"txt\">1 cup (150 g) cashews<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"bdaia-sio bdaia-sio-check-square-o2\" style=\"background:#a0ce4e !important;color:#ffffff !important;\"><\/span><span class=\"txt\"><br \/>\n1 cup (150 g)  macadamia nuts<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"bdaia-sio bdaia-sio-check-square-o2\" style=\"background:#a0ce4e !important;color:#ffffff !important;\"><\/span><span class=\"txt\"><br \/>\n1 cup (150 g) peanuts<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"bdaia-sio bdaia-sio-check-square-o2\" style=\"background:#a0ce4e !important;color:#ffffff !important;\"><\/span><span class=\"txt\"><br \/>\n2 tbsp macadamia oil<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"bdaia-sio bdaia-sio-check-square-o2\" style=\"background:#a0ce4e !important;color:#ffffff !important;\"><\/span><span class=\"txt\"><br \/>\n\u00bc tsp sea salt<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"bdaia-sio bdaia-sio-check-square-o2\" style=\"background:#a0ce4e !important;color:#ffffff !important;\"><\/span><span class=\"txt\"><br \/>\n1 tbsp maple syrup<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2>DIRECTIONS<\/h2>\n<div class=\"bdaia-lists s-circles t-check\"><ul><li><span class=\"bdaia-sio bdaia-sio-check-square-o2\" style=\"background:#a0ce4e !important;color:#ffffff !important;\"><\/span><span class=\"txt\">First step is optional.
