I also try to drink this smoothie 30-60 minutes post-workout especially if I\u2019m not going straight into a meal. I find that it really makes a difference to fuel properly post-workout and I tend to see more results from my exercise by being conscious of my recovery practices.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you\u2019re not using this to recover post-workout, because it has the protein, this smoothie makes for a great meal replacement for breakfast or lunch.
